Last updated: July 12, 2026. By inviting elude to a server or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
elude is a Discord bot ("the bot") and its companion website (the "site"). Using the bot in any server, or using the site, means you accept these terms. If you're setting the bot up on behalf of a server, you're confirming you have the authority to do so and to agree on that server's behalf.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age and eligibility requirements to use Discord at all, and by extension to use elude. You're also responsible for making sure your use of the bot complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Don't use elude to violate Discord's terms, to harass or harm others, to evade a ban or moderation action, to spam, or for anything illegal. Server owners and moderators are responsible for how the bot's configurable features (welcome/boost/goodbye embeds, moderation tools, etc.) are set up and used within their own server.
elude is provided as-is and is currently in beta. Commands, features, and behavior can change, break, or be removed without notice as the bot develops. We don't guarantee uptime, and the bot may be temporarily or permanently unavailable for maintenance, Discord API issues, or other reasons outside our control.
Using elude means some server and command configuration data is stored so the bot can function — see the Privacy Policy for details on what's kept and how to request it or have it removed.
elude is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, elude or this site — including moderation actions taken by the bot, lost data, or server disruption.
We may suspend or block a server's or user's access to elude at any time, particularly in response to abuse, violations of these terms, or violations of Discord's own policies. You can remove elude from your server at any time.
These terms may be updated as the bot changes. Continued use of elude after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Questions about these terms can go through the support server.
