Privacy Policy.

Last updated: July 12, 2026. What elude stores, why, and how to get it back or gone.

1. What we store

To function, elude stores configuration data tied to servers and users in a database — things like welcome/goodbye/boost embed setups, moderation actions (such as warns), and other settings you configure with commands. We don't store message content beyond what's needed to process a command in the moment.

2. Where it comes from

This data comes from what you and your server members do with the bot: running commands, configuring embeds, and using moderation or utility features. The embed builder tool on this site runs entirely in your browser — it doesn't send anything to us until you copy the generated command into Discord yourself.

3. Why we store it

Solely to make elude's features work — so your welcome messages, moderation history, and settings persist between runs of the bot instead of resetting every time.

4. Sharing

We don't sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only accessed to operate, maintain, or troubleshoot the bot.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as elude remains in your server or as long as it's relevant to your account. Removing the bot from a server doesn't necessarily delete stored data immediately, but you can request full removal — see below.

6. Your data, on request

You can ask for a copy of everything stored about your server or account, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time — just reach out through the support server.

7. Third parties

elude runs on top of Discord, so your use of the bot is also subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. This site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard connection/request data as part of serving the pages.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as elude changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

9. Contact

Questions, data requests, or deletion requests all go through the support server.
